About Shipping

Shipping of Your Order:

Once your order is processed, your order will be delivered within 4 to 5 weeks. If the product you have ordered is not available for shipment within the time period specified above, we will notify you and give you a new estimated ship date. You may cancel the order if the new ship date does not satisfy you.

Your purchase will charged to your credit card when the item is shipped. When your purchase is shipped from Platinum Mart, you will receive notification by e-mail. 

Our standard shipping method is via Federal Express. Any orders where FedEx does not deliver will be shipped using U.S. Registered Mail. If your order is shipped by FedEx delivery service, you will need to be available to sign for the delivery.

Our standard shipping and handling fee is $12.00 in the U.S. Please allow 3-4 business days for standard delivery.

All orders are subject to credit authorization and address verification.
